If it’s a metaphor for #accessibility and involves food it fits in the article. If you want to write it up in short form like the other examples and send an image that fits I’m happy to include it with credit to you if you want

I will do better! The Twitter accessibility community was so important to me in its heyday. I feel defeated that we can’t replicate it here But thx for the push!

Thanks Patrick. These sessions are getting harder and harder to do. So much going on, so little time to hold all the nuance, all the unknown, all the all. I'll do it again at #CSUN in a couple weeks and welcome all feedback on what worked and what didn't. Here or by email LF@LFLegal.com

"Alice Wong, a proud Asian American and disabled woman, transformed the disability justice movement by insisting that disabled stories, disabled joy, and disabled futures mattered. Through her fearless advocacy and storytelling, she made sure millions of disabled people could not be ignored. Alice was known as the cyborg oracle in the disability community, challenging systems that devalued disabled lives while expanding the movement by emphasizing dignity and collective care. As a disabled ancestor, her legacy will forever shape the community.”
My statement from @americanprogress.bsky.social on disability justice activist, author, MacArthur fellow, and cyborg oracle Alice Wong.

Book cover with the title and subtitle in blue letters at the top reading Digital Accessibility Ethics: Disability Inclusion in All Things Tech. Below the title, taking up about 2/3 of the cover is a painting. The painting features arcs of yellow, orange, blue, turquoise, pink, and purple. The lower half of these swaths of bright colors are populated by abstract figures, circles, and building-like shapes. According to the artist, the work uses sheet music as a foundation, creating an abstract typographical interpretation of musical notation through bold design and color. Resting on the top left corner of the images are the words Edited by Lainey Feingold, Reginé Gilbert, Chancey Fleet. On the bottom right corner are the words CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group.
I'm thrilled to have a chapter included in the forthcoming book, "Digital Accessibility Ethics: Disability Inclusion in All Things Tech," edited by the dream team of Lainey Feingold, Reginé Gilbert, and Chancey Fleet!

Thank you for sharing @caztcha.bsky.social In the two law chapters I wrote I interviewed people from a couple different countries, including Japan. One was of course @makotoueki.bsky.social The other was a deaf lawyer that Makoto introduced me to named Haruna Kubo. #DigitalAccessibilityEthics

And those 36 authors and 3 editors (who also wrote chapters) have a combined total of 600+ years in the #accessibility and #Disability advocacy space. Thank you @aardrian.bsky.social for being an author and for so much support beyond that. #DigitalAccessibilityEthics

Team includes Lina Khan, the FTC commissioner under Biden, and other Democratic former city officials
I doubt I will ever see a woman president in the United States during my lifetime. But today I’m celebrating the transition team just appointed by #Mamdani, the next mayor of #NYC— it’s all women. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

Every chapter review included quotes from the book that I riff on a bit in the article I linked. Hard to sum up 30 years of work on digital #accessibility on BlueSky. I guess the biggest Takeaway is that collaboration and relationship building between #disabled people and decision-makers is key.
