As a kid growing up in the '90s, gaming was more niche. Adaptations were rare, and... yeah. Being a massive MK fan, the 1995 movie felt so special. And Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa was a major part of that. I'm so happy he had one more go as Shang Tsung in MK11. He was, and always will be, the best. RIP

The sequel was also stellar! And let's not forget his other games. My Dreamcast was spinning Dead or Alive 2 for many hours back then
I remember when I first played Ninja Gaiden. It completely floored me, and I've been chasing that feeling ever since. It electrified the genre, reviving a dormant series. NG may still be unparalleled to this day.
