For a year. Its broken down into months & has different schedule options (2, 3 & 4x per week). It also has links to guide you through the exercise like in Trainerize. But if you want to log the exercises somewhere you'll have to import into an app.

Fiton has great options, pretty much any type of exercise you can think of doing at home. It doesn't have a whole lot of weightlifting though (if any. It's been a while since I've looked). But I bought Sohee Carpenters year of strength which I've loved, but its just a big PDF of lifting exercises
