today she spent 35 mins in bathroom 2x, has spent 20 mins on the phone -2x on personal calls, is currently on phone laughing -i assume this isnt work call. meanwhile i have so many things to do before EOB fri that i dont know how it'll all get done unless i take work home or stay late/skip lunch.

im exhausted carrying the work of all the attorneys here and the other person just leans back and relies on the fact that i won't allow things fall through the cracks or the attorneys to ever notice that things aren't getting done. but i am getting to the point where i don't care

Do yall have those co-workers that are so used to you doing everything bc you manage your time better and have better capacity to multi-task? or perhaps they are just lazy and know you'll do the work of 3-4 ppl and know that you are really good at being functional with daily burn out?
