ICE in its present form has not existed for even 25 years and need not continue to exist. It was born out of opportunism after 9/11 and the worst expansion of the Federal government in our history. Both parties, acting on lower brainstem instincts, willingly laid the foundation for a police state.

INTRODUCED: The Bipartisan Protecting Rural Telehealth Access Act Congressman Pappas’s Protecting Rural Telehealth Access Act would make permanent Medicare coverage of telehealth services. This would expand access to health care and save patients time and money by enabling patients to be treated at home, allowing Federally Qualified Health Centers or Rural Health Clinics to provide telehealth services, and expanding coverage of audio-only services for certain conditions, among other changes.
Telehealth enables Granite Staters to virtually access the right care at the right time while saving them both time and money.
My practical, bipartisan bill would make Medicare coverage of telehealth services permanent to protect and expand access to care.
