So please, if you can, I’d love to have this thread list pro-Trans everything. Creators, craftspeople, writers, artists, activists…if you or someone you know deserves some celebrating, bring it the fuck on, okay?

Post links if you can.

Buy stuff if you can.

They hate when people stand up.

Different families are different. Many kids do come out to their parents before anyone else, especially if they're very young or don't have supportive peer relationships.

But I don't want parents to think they're doing something wrong if their kid came out at school first.

Just a reminder that Muslims have been on this continent since the first arrival of non-Indigenous people. They were among the first generation of Americans, and have been here ever since.

This is exactly right.

Age verification / online ID check legislation literally forces companies to collect MORE data on children (and everyone else) not less.

We desperately need privacy, antitrust, and algorithmic justice legislation.

Not censorship bills like KOSA and expanded surveillance.

Republicans are using kids as a smokescreen for what Big Tech lobbyists want: a national surveillance program to harvest our data with zero protections for people and their privacy.

We must fight this dangerous expansion of surveillance technology.

OHS is one of the few pieces of media that was just as important to me before and after transition. Not sure I had consciously registered this read of it but won't forget it now.

“Protect women and “protect children” are the rallying cries of bigotry. We’ve watch in real time how the right’s campaign of protecting children from “force transition” has expanded to stripping care and rights from adults, all orchestrated by pedophiles and rapists.

This is the cry of the bigot.

I love games and so many of the people who make them. It was an honor to accept the award on behalf of the team and a privilege to be able to speak to what I believe in. ♥️

Sorry I'm not more open-minded about LLMs, it's just some fucking maniacs shoveled out a bunch of useless bloatware featuring that technology, did not give me any chance to opt out, reorganized the entire economy around it, zeroed out gains made by green energy, and made it impossible to buy RAM

so even if you don't think all migrants -- even and *especially* refugees -- should have immediate and full access to welfare and services just as a moral imperative (and you fucking should)...

...you should still demand they do specifically for economic and social reasons.

Plausible Deniability Comics, Embodiment Fantasies and the Rhetorical Fetishization of Transness

Why are there *so many* NSFW sex comics that just, well, *aren't* NSFW? And why is it always The World's Saddest Person becoming Someone Happy?

It's Plausible Deniability, this week on Stained Glass Woman, featuring the art of @grumpy-tg.bsky.social!

never, ever, ever, ever accept "how will you pay for it?" as an argument against social programs.

Not gonna share the video of Republican US Senator Tim Sheehy breaking a protesting Marine's hand, but you can find it on @charlotteclymer.bsky.social's timeline.

I'll just say that in a functional country, Sheehy would be expelled by the Senate.

Democratic Senators should publicly push for that.

For all the but how can we afford space exploration folks…this means we’ve already spent more on this war that started last week than Cassini cost in the 26 years it took to build, launch, and operate it.

The question is always "what if a kid is wrongfully transitioned" and never "what if a trans kid is denied the ability to transition and endures years of excruciating dysphoria and has to have multiple surgeries later in life to fix the issues caused by going through the wrong puberty."

04.03.2026 21:51 👍 3156 🔁 731 💬 41 📌 28

They see trans people as expendable. They would rather ensure that 100 trans people can't transition so long as there is a possibility that 1 person might mistakenly transition. In no other field of medicine is that even remotely ethical to suggest or do.

This is literally the exact issue that led to the change in diagnostic criteria in 2013 in the DSM-V. They wanted to depathologize being trans as well as being gender nonconforming while providing criteria to differentiate between the two in the diagnosis of gender dysphoria.

I've driven a couple of 90s and 00s Outbacks, plus a test drive of my ex-BIL's WRX, and in every one the clutch just felt clunky. Most of all though I can't stand their CVT tuning. Maybe it's just that the Forester is a big car with a small engine, but it was soooo sluggish.

With Us or Against Us, Again Congress didn’t authorize this war, and the only response to questions is a loyalty test we’ve fallen for before.

Afghanistan started at 92 percent approval. Iraq started at 71. Iran started at 27. The "whose side are you on" rhetoric is identical. The country underneath it isn't. I wrote about how the framework works, and who's deploying it. www.readtpa.com/p/with-us-or...

2015 Subaru Forester
2020 Honda Civic

I do appreciate cis advocates of trans healthcare, especially in these times, but I do wish more of them would let go of the "experts know best" framing. I'm aware it's safe, palatable, sellable, but there's a century of "experts" torturing, converting, and sexually abusing trans people. So.
