This is such a good, brief review of When the Wolf Comes Home that sums up some of my feelings but rates the book higher than I would. Can’t stop thinking about it though, and that is super important!
I really wanted to love this (maybe I do???), especially because it was genuinely scary and anxiety-inducing lol, but I think parts of this dragged for me and the ending just lacked the punch I was looking for after everything that happens. I feel conflicted though! Definitely one I’ll reread.
