The City of Auburn has implemented a WINTER PARKING BAN, which will begin at 9:00PM on Tuesday (2/10) and end at Noon on Wednesday (2/11).
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on the outbound side. Work crews, signage, and emergency lights will be in the area. Please use caution when approaching the scene. π§

Main Street - from Drummond to Court - is CLOSED to all traffic today as we set up & host New Year's Auburn 2026! Auburn Hall & the municipal parking garage can be accessed using Mechanic's Row. Through traffic must alternate routes. This closure will last all day until approximately 11PM.

SERVICE UPDATE: Due to the ongoing storm, curbside collection for today (Wednesday, December 24th) has been cancelled. Collection for residents with Wednesday pickup will resume next week. Reminder: Auburn residents can drive through & drop off household trash at Maine Waste-to-Energy (no charge).
A WINTER PARKING BAN will be in effect starting tonight at 8PM (Tuesday, Dec. 23) and will last until Christmas Eve at 1PM.
