Just finished reading Queer as folklore by @sachacoward.bsky.social
I really enjoyed the way he wove the storied together. It's also nice that it validates my theories as to why neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ people are overrepresented in artistic spaces! Really good book!
When you're in your 20's if you don't shave and let your hair grow out you can look sort of rakish and byronic... in your 30s people start crossing to the other side of the street.
So. Safe to say a trip to the barbers is on the cards for this afternoon.
The only time I'd say it was useful, was asking it to summarise the interaction between alzheimer's and a nephrostomy bag, for my father's care.
Knowing it was still hallucinating BS but at least I could use it as a springboard for learning?
And... I can't believe I'm admitting this... I used it to give me compliments at a particular low point.
I try to avoid it now.
But in the past when designing escape rooms I'd ask it too list words that rhyme, with particular number of syllables, or that have particular synonyms... fir certain cyphers... which is admittedly an extremely niche use case! ๐
