Tank = Warrior
Magical DPS = Red Mage
Melee DPS = Dragoon
Ranged DPS = Machinist
Healer = White Mage

WAR, DRG, WHM as all obvious if you know the Captain.

MCH is best fit for ranged DPS as she was trained to be competent with a gun.

RDM is the wild card pick but I think it fits her best.
