Our camels were very chill (and young). It helped it was just me, my husband and two guides. We just sat back and took it all in - except for the occasional - is this really happening? There was no drama to be had!

His riding is NOT just rural, as the article suggests. Stittsville is a huge, diverse suburb. Full of public servants whose jobs he wanted to cut & high tech employees with jobs are at risk with a recession. Also many retirees whose investments are currently suffering from Trump.

Trail wanders through the woods where green ferns grow and the trail is flanked on one side by stone. There are wooden steps that lead to somewhere not visible at this point in the trail.

There are points in the trail where you can stop and see the view - and maybe some whales. The view is stone cliffs with evergreens on top.

A foggy day meant for a surreal experience at the cliff opening in the trail. For those interested in going, it is not a long hike up to the top. The trail doesn't have large changes in escalation as you are basically starting at the top of the cliff. There are a few ups and down but it is not a challenging 5 km.

The Skerwink Trail in Trinity, Newfounland 🇨🇦 is so magical. Alone on our early morning foggy walk, the every turn was a surreal, beautiful, peaceful discovery.
