Crazy delicious! Last weekend I found out (international supermarket) Lotte sells ‘em for like $1.99/lb. (This is about 1/2 lb.) Seared in olive oil & butter. Then deglazed/covered with ginger-miso ramen broth to soften. Reduced liquid to a sauce. Texture and flavor were outrageously scallop-like.
