Well... yeah? What did you expect? It's not a regulation GT3 car, it's an unregulated track version of a $3M road supercar. Of course it's faster than a GT3 car, I like GT3 but this isn't impressive, GT3 isn't some top-tier unbeatable lap-time goal to beat.
