Watching one of my favourite squirrel’s babies crawl out of the nest today for the first time. They keep staying around the nest, play fighting as siblings do, working up the courage to come down the tree and be a full squirrel.

There’s a contingent of the left that hates vets/military people. Such a stupid fucking outlook for a host of reasons. A lot of it just exists online, but still- just know that I think you’re a dumbass. Hate the military industrial complex = fucking absolutely. Hate vets = absolutely fucking not.

Highly recommend this awesome book I just got. It’s an illustrated guide to revolution (and also comes with a strikebox of matches that looks like the book cover!). Also signed by the author. Absolutely in love with this book❤️

My DSA chapter’s numbers have soared these last several months. And I’m no longer one of two “old” people. There’s several of us now. It’s awesome.

I think previously it could definitely be effective. I think it still can be when we’re talking about local govt. But with the level of insanity we got going on right now, I feel like we’re more effective when we’re working with a group.

He’s a wee bit too high pitched 😂 needs a tad bit more bass in the tone. But he’ll get it, I’m sure.

So I found my chipmunk’s home (tunnel) and discovered that at the end of the day, he blocks it off. Basically shutting the door to keep anything out. I checked 3 evenings in a row, and each time, a bunch of mud balls were just under the entrance. Fascinating little guys.
