We're out in Hunstanton, very bright moon, had a look around at 7.15, C Q on wall.

When we 1st started trapping we had a black trap, 20w, and one day we found, late in the day, a Copper Underwing sitting inside the trap...how did we miss that?

We've got a white trap, much easier, its ok if you don't get a Satin in it!!!

Got our first glimpse on 14 Aug!

Bit early for us here on the coast, we sow mid April. Good luck, our nos were well down last year.

Titchwell- Eider, RBM & then a Heron flying along the shoreline, a rarity for us here. Gt Wh Egret on reedbed pool more common! Tawny Owl showed well.
