Figurines of Brady Bunch and Partridge Family fighting each other
I have created a diorama of the Partridge family attacking the Brady Bunch family. My life is very boring.
I took it out a little today as it shares a battery with the Canon Powershot S120 (which I have been shooting a lot this winter). It had been sitting on my camera shelf unused since 2023.
For my next camera to showcase I'll be doing one more limited then the first two I shared photos from: The Canon Powershot SX280. This is a mid-range superzoom pocket camera and was my EDC in 2018-2020. This camera is fairly inconsistent in its results but I still got some good pics with it.
It is with an exceedingly heavy heart that we announce the passing of our Treasurer, long term community member, fursuit maker, and friend, Eric βSnap E. Tigerβ Stevens. Snap was a member of our community for many, many years, and has put in so much work and passion into it.
The next "Best Of" is with my Nikon Z50. This camera replaced my Canon m3 and was my first "Non-M43 modern mirrorless mount camera". It was my workhorse/main camera from 2022-2024. It did a lot of car shows and Nature photography during this time even if I use it a lot less now.
To start things off we're going to go with one of my best cameras, the Panasonic G9 Mark II. This camera is my main wildlife kit as it has the longest reach of any of my current lens/crop factor combinations. Only had it since Aug of last year but so far I can't find anything I dislike about it.
It's too late for me to start a photo a day challenge for this year, and the weather is still hit or miss till mid april here for getting out, so I'm going to start out with posting my favorite 4 photos I've taken from every camera I have in my current collection; a few every week.
There's too many things going on right now in out Dystopian US and world for me to rant about. The events of the last few days in particular showed me that I need to resist by enjoying life and not giving said regime any more of my time and attention; so I'm going to focus back on my hobbies here.
And having an 800mm equiv zoom lens the size of an energy drink is pretty wild.
The 2X crop factor makes up for it quite a bit though :) I never liked sensors more then 25mp because they're often softer at the pixel level unless you use very specific prime lenses with them (IE the reciprocal resolution a lens can clearly output at)
Great photos! And all these were all taken on Micro 43rds? Always really cool to see another m43 shooter and see what they can do with them :)
The question is are the Sugar Free Haribo's in there? Because then it's a true roulette π©
So its either a business district of people who like to pretend they are Bears (Basically a very specific subset of Furry Lifestylers) or a bunch of burly bearded men in their 40s and 50s who just get along "really well" together and spend most of their time in saunas and hot tubs... Hmmm
This Headline means atleast two other things the Editor likely does not have a clue about www.mprnews.org/episode/2026...
Oh and they got super defensive about me calling a rougelike game by the actual term for what it is. So I guess... If I dislike First Person shooters I better say "I dislike shooting simulation games" instead of "I dislike FPS games" or someone may get upset over it. Just wild.
Yeah exactly. There's a lot of people who are super defensive about "Dunking on their game" the moment you say "I don't like X game and never understood it". I'm being polite and saying "Its not for me but..." and they take it personally like I said "Anyone who likes this game is a terrible person"
Today I learned you never admit you Hate Rougelike games or you'll get a swarm of people defending that their favorite game "Is not a Roguelike game but a creative Time Loop GOTY best game ever made" and "How dare you think its not the best game that was EVER MADE jumping on your back about it π€·
Nothing wrong with taking a break. I've been there too. You can always focus on something else like Street Photography for awhile.
Dog Warrior from Okami IRL
Atleast you don't have to kill all the Jedi like the person before you
So it will be:
-Furs on Telegram who still have issues with Discord (nothing changed)
-Furs on Discord who still have issues with Telegram (nothing changed)
-"New Fandom Approved Messaging app till someone does something wierd again"- For Furs who have issues with Both--
My take away is: A. Stupid Tech Drama of Company X doing Stupid thing with an easy work-around, B. People just like to clout chase and fan the flames out of proportion and C. Now I'll probably have to have 3 chat apps I regularly check as there's already the Discord vs Telegram Furry social divide
And from what I heard the same "tricks" to fool Persona will still work for this IE using an AI generated model on your phone of some randomly generated person who doesn't exist or go find a ken doll and use that so for the tinfoil hat crowd- so just do that?
So... can anyone explain to me why VRC doing ID verification (with the SAME company) was no big deal but then Discord does and OMGWTFBBQ!!!!!?!!??!?!?!!?! THE END OF THE WORLD IS NIGH ABANDON SHIP REPEAT ALL HANDS ABANDON SHIP!!!!
And here's a few using the "built in" filters which is probably the most editing I'll use on this thing: use it as intended.
Took some photos with the Charmera around the office on Lunch break today. Here's a few of my "SOOC" faves
Its about the same, maybe a little better. If you play Silver Age its much better (Basically Pauper in MTG) In classic constructer you can get away with the pre con decks but to make something balanced with synergy you either need to buy tons of boosters or raid the few sites that sell singles.
The people who play FAB are really dedicated to it even if its a smaller group then MTG or Pokemon
