This week our National Student Advisory Panel met with Trustees. They reviewed the evidence from across our schools on what motivates students to attend regularly, highlighting the vital role that warm, caring relationships between staff and students play in this.

Kicking off day two of #OATConf25 with a fantastic performance by Lucy from Ormiston Victory Academy! Her moving musical theatre performance is energising the room and setting the tone for a day of learning and collaboration focused on inclusion.

Day one closed with energy at #OATConf25! Bird Vision, the talented pupil band from Ormiston Sudbury Academy and proud third-place winners of Ormiston’s Got Talent, wowed the audience. Our pupils continue to inspire and drive our mission to transform lives.

This morning, we celebrated Peter Murray who founded our Trust on the belief that every child deserves an excellent education both inside and outside the classroom. Our CEO Tom Rees thanked Peter and our staff who continue the legacy: lots done, lots still to do. #OATConf25
We’ve kicked off our Annual Leadership Conference with pupils centre stage. Frankie and Jake from Ormiston Ilkeston Enterprise Academy opened the event, and our pupil co-host Morgan from Thomas Wolsey Ormiston Academy highlighted the power of pupil voice. #OATConf25
