I respectfully disagree. The US government has moved beyond plutocracy toward kleptocracy, and if trump annexes Cuba, the mob will generously thank him, and the US will finally have the mafiocracy it’s been working to restore since the late 1950s. Cuba will again be a giant money laundromat.
