imagine this dumbass blocking the whole width of the already narrow sidewalks on like 17th or something while the ghost of hitch bot haunts it.
Tho i will say they do teach kids in school very early to clean up as they make kids clean up halls and class rooms but that depends on school of course. but ya think decades of being around litter has just made people not care about litter as much in philly.
I will say japan does employee armies of people to keep the streets clean, it does get really nasty there in their downtown by night but by morning its all gone due to laws for local businesses owners and huge teams of people, they also employee retirees to clean up too. Philly would never.

As someone who has a few head chef friends at nice restaurants and runs a kitchen in a nice restaurant. getting a C takes effort. not labeling food in your walk ins is crazy work and just makes your job harder as well.
