Saturday 9am #sblaar24, I'll be presenting "Perpetua: Which Amphitheatre & Why Does it Matter?" The paper won the SBL Diamond Award for Integrative Scholarship 2023 and asks whether we prioritise a 20thC colonial narrative when we talk about Perpetua meeting her death at Carthage. Come heckle.
