The world is so biased towards left-hemisphere thinking, but we are an evolving species.
Just because we’re not left-hemisphere doesn’t mean we don’t know or have the information. The left brain has no idea what it’s missing.

I had a teacher in high school who supported and recognized me in many ways, but was concerned that I could not actively recall information on cue.
So how did I get a 5 on the AP test? Because I don’t need memorization. I have the exact information I need when the circumstance calls for it.
I'm at a point where when any system worsens the balance of life on the planet and I have something to say, I say the thing.
It can be as seemingly small as a credit card company (Capital One) wasting plastic, dishing out new cards left and right and clogging up landfills.
They'll hear about it.
Just had a 3-hour convo with a friend who said the discussion felt psychedelic.
I’ve never done psychedelics. In fact, many of my clients start with 🍄 then come for the integration.
Not hating on psychedelics! But they are absolutely not necessary to facilitate consciousness.
Screenshot of a story shared by a Human Design analyst, discussing de-emphasizing Human Design after a journey with it. "After a long journey into Human Design, I've reached a point where it doesn't serve me anymore. I couldn't really take the madness around it, not the system itself, but the way it's approached and used by many."
One of my favorite Human Design analysts shared this story recently. It tells you a lot about the distortions in spirituality, wellness, and self-help.
Do we use new systems to awaken, or propagate new delusions? That's the key, and it's why I totally understand where this guy is coming from 👇🏼
You’re more ready than you think. The choice is yours. The moment is now. And the ones who do the work won’t just change—they'll become unmissable.
This is a time for us to take a good look at ourselves and ask: when have I not taken responsibility? When have I refused to learn? And when will I decide to finally clean up my act and change the way we do things around here?
A friend of mine said something very straight up and very wise: “Recognizing where you're not a very good person is very hard, and then actually putting in the work to address those facets is even harder and takes a lot of courage. That's why so many people don't do it.”
In psychology, we call that projection. It’s subtle, but its effects are devastating, and the worst part is that most people do it. Most people don’t want to learn—and make themselves, and others, worse off because they choose not to.
It’s a sign of the times: we are being forced to reckon with ourselves and one another, but most are pushing it outward instead of doing the inside job. Many people are pretending the problem—often, their problem—doesn’t exist.

Have you noticed? There’s drama in the community.
Whether you’re part of a platform, community, or family, odds are good that you’re seeing a lot of infighting, neglect, projection, apathy, or outright hatred. Here’s why 🧵
Every data point within various wisdom systems is an opportunity for reflection, maturation, and integration. If you work diligently with one piece at a time and stay present to the process, you can become remarkable in your embodiment.
That response would be: “I wish for no one, including myself, to suffer. Let’s do something about that.”
Many people have repeated the message “WE NEED TO PREVENT THIS” a million times. I hope to add a more human dimension to all of this, which is that if we can notice and correctly alter our interior states, we’re going to have a very different response to pandemics.
The second: We rationalize that “death is a part of life” without emotionally accepting what that means. This is a spiritual bypass—at a deeper level, we’re actually normalizing harm, neglect, and unnecessary suffering and despair to humans and sentient beings.
The first: “It won’t happen to me.” Our fear of disability, disease, and death leads us to put our heads in the sand and pretend we’re invulnerable.
When humans learn about news such as deaths due to H5N1, there are usually two distortions in our emotional response patterns.
Be wary of one who obsesses over spiritual symbols while showing little understanding of actual awareness.
Just noticing Bluesky's Lists feature, which has a public twist, and really pleased with it. May 2025 be a year of helpful, enlightening content + growth!
Here’s to 2025 being a year where more people begin referring to the pandemic in the present tense. Only when we develop the correct relationship to time and reality do we have the power to change it.
I’m aware of the irony of writing this in the feed as well! This is our current state.
But the human nervous system doesn’t work that way. It’s why being selective in what you allow, and using good habits and filters to focus on only that which is worthy of attention, is so important.
There’s something about the algorithm and feed that has me think: “I can’t.”
Not in the sense of not being able to do something, but in the sense of not having the capacity to spread my attention to 1,000,000,000 different voices.
We already know how spirituality impacts the brain, and how the correct spiritual practices can radically alter our perception and approach to life. May we start bringing that same kind of awareness into science and medicine so we can start finally making some breakthroughs.
We see this dynamic both with flatland reductionists like Leana and Ashish on the one hand and wellness grifters like RFK Jr. on the other. In reality, the two can and must work together to create solutions in public health, science, and medicine.
Ilia and I immediately connected over the fact that in science and medicine, we often don’t make progress because of the perceptions we carry. The split consciousness that thinks spirituality is antithetical to science shapes questions, informs decisions, and stalls progress.
My recent conversation with Professor Ilia Delio of Villanova University highlights how the correct intersection of spirituality and science can help create renewal and breakthroughs in science and medicine. https://buff.ly/3VR4bRz
With many holidays around the corner, some people are thinking about religion and spirituality, while others are asking when the world will come around on treatments, cures, and accessibility for various disabilities and chronic illnesses including Long COVID and ME/CFS.
The truth will set you free, but it’s almost always uncomfortable af
