The BOCKs and KWAAs grew louder and overlapped into a rough wall of sound as I walked quickly down the § driveway, hoping I wasn't about to find myself in a cut- rate Canadian Hitchcock remake.
The latest KWAA sounded mocking and the BOCKs sounded like raven laughter. I had just enough time to see the approaching runner before he slammed into me and we both went down.
