I was more concerned with next-generation trolls using copyrighted content without permission, claiming in bad faith they believed it to be ineligible, and forcing the real owner to challenge.
I can see *potential* for harm to human creators here, where we're forced to prove our work is not AI-generated in order to have copyright protection. Only rightsholders with sufficient clout (lawyers, money) would end up protected. We need to think how to mitigate this risk.

Since I read your question this morning, I've had all kinds of other potential tunings bouncing around in my head to try, like:
Capo 1 on E-A-D-Fβ―-B-E β (F-Bβ-Eβ-G-C-F)
C-F-G-C-F-Bβ (dropped Armenian Oud tuning)
