This simple, basic photograph is a black and white image of an island-like sea stack sitting in the water just off the shoreline. A gathering of trees grows from its base. The sea stack's reflection can be seen in the wet sand. The sun shines in the background-- radiating above the sea stack.

Ernest Hemingway once said,
βIn our darkest moments, we donβt need advice.β
What we truly need is the power of human connection: a quiet presence, a gentle touch, or the smallest gesture that reminds us weβre not alone.
