Virginia House advances constitutional amendment for right to reproductive freedom The House of Delegates passed an amendment Tuesday that would enshrine the right to reproductive freedom into the Constitution.

Reproductive healthcare decisions should be made by women and their doctors—not politicians.

Virginia is the only Southern state not to roll back reproductive freedoms after the Dobbs decision.

This constitutional amendment makes sure those protections stand strong.
