I also don't sweat a lot, my clothes weren't wet even after hiking these California hills. Well I don't sweat all over my body just in the hot spots like armpits and crotch.

So I've been hiking every day this week and normally I don't exercise this much.
I have anxiety and apparently having trouble with temperature regulation is another symptom. I feel so cold even hours after the exercise and my clothes don't even feel damp. Anyone have tips for dealing with this?

I recently deleted over 30,000 emails from the promotions folder and it only cleared up one percent of my Google storage.

I successfully completed my tolerance break Tuesdays the last couple weeks (it doesn't have to be on Tuesday, it can be any day of the week)
