Lost my scholarship at Howard my senior year because of a spiral with BP disorder. I didn’t graduate from an R1 or R2 with my doctorate. Folks still side eye me in these spaces. I’m TT at this point because folks need to know that a linear path was a set up for this 40 y/o Black single lesbian mom.

The contract has officially been signed. I’m thrilled to share that my first solo-authored book “Envisioning Endarkened Poetic Inquiry” is under contract with Routledge under Dr. Kakali Bhattacharya’s “Futures of Data Analysis in Qualitative Research” series. 💜✨💜
