i have noticed a trend where some books jump right into the mystery within a couple chapters and some it takes nearly a third of the book before it happens. i do like she makes an effort to not do the same things over and over again

yesterday i finished βan appointment with deathβ and didnt particularly like this one β¦ didnt love the cast, took too long for the mystery to start and took long to explain the solution dkdjd for this one tho it really felt like she just wanted to write a story over a murder mystery?
i finished βmurder in the newsβ last thursday, it was a collection of 4 short stories and i liked the all except the last one. was a nice change of pace some short stories, was easier to read it in multiple sittings

i feel like people think of gambling and drinking at vegas but Felix put $2 in a machine and we lost LOL and we had mimosas at brunch and that was it. came here for the shows and the sites π
we went to Vegas this weekend and visited Omega Mart + saw βOβ and jabbawockeez. It was all very cool and i had a fun time ππ» we also saw the hoover dam, valley of fire, and got brunch at Peppermill !
