In response to your being nude, if someone says "I'm offended", I suspect what they really mean is they're embarrased. But saying they're offended somehow gives them an air of authority and self-righteousness.

I don't automatically follow back accounts that follow me: I first check their posts. If they haven't posted anything, I look at who they are following. This gives me a good idea what their reasons are for being on Bluesky. I only follow those with posts that interest me.

Are you using the "Following" feed? If you are, then you are probably following accounts that are posting porn. Check the feeds of accounts you follow, and unfollow (or mute) ones displaying porn.
