Great! Please let me know if it works. Note that FLPL (flybase.org/reports/FBto...) is weaker than the FLPD in G-TRACE (bdsc.indiana.edu/stocks/misc/...), but we don't have a lexAop-FLPD stock. You'll need to optimize for your conditions, etc. Let me know if you run into issues.

In theory, you could take P{lexAop-2xmRFP.nls}2 from stock #29956 and P{8XLexAop2-FLPL}attP2 from #55819 and incorporate a lexA driver and P{Ubi-p63E(FRT.STOP)Stinger} (32249, 32250, or 32251 on X, 2, or 3 respectively). More to say but won't fit here, email calewhit at iu dot edu for questions.
