Value separation is there with the coat sleeves, but they feel like they’re getting muted instead of having more weight. Might be that the light steel color is too close in value to the non-coat parts.

If he’s primarily a fist fighter, maybe exaggerate the size of his hands a little? Find a way to add weight to them. Some chunkyness that’ll really drive them home. Thinking about Vergil + Beowulf. The gauntlets don’t feel -quite- there yet.
A very small thing that could help is, if he’s Catholic, maybe give him a rosary on his belt, or around his neck. I’d suggest wrapping his fists with them, but I think that might make some nuns slap him with a ruler.
Think I see why I like the fur collar more — his head reads better with it. It’s like how richter reads better with his headband. Good color separation.
