US/Israeli War on Iran leads to 30% increase in price of Brent crude Oil since last December
In the usa they have 6 murders per 100,000
In Ireland we have 0.6 murders per 100,000
The issue is that property is not supposed to be a high growth asset.
Since 2010 Growth has looked like this:
S&P 500 is 512%
Gold is 370%
Avg New Property is 93%
Avg Existing Property is 45%
Inflation was 32%
Additionally Rent pressures are stopping people from attending university
Close enough for CC and Spoils
But got Jim Gavin vote very wrong
Or Alternatively massively scale up mortgages so that peopleβs savings arenβt eaten up by rent
With the average price for a new property it would take roughly 20 years to save on a middle class salary and on a minimum wage salary as much as 60
The price needs to be brought down by more then 25% to make it realistic
