But in my limited experience, the best tiramisu is a bit too cold (which can help solidify that cookie mush texture) AND has a bit too much cocoa. Truly, the cheaper, "bad" ones have been better for me.

Been thinking of this recently, as a neuroscience researcher myself, and pondering what can be learned from such cases. Was reminded of Jack Hanna and his Alz diagnosis, and how we have video and interviews of him over the decades. It's fascinating, and maybe valuable?
