The U.S. Supreme Court: "ICE can racially profile people it arrests."

Also, the U.S. Supreme Court: "Texas can disenfranchise voters based on race."

Can we all agree that we currently have a white supremacist Supreme Court?

A war criminal without a war It's just murder.

A record 29% β€” nearly a third! β€” of all new cars purchased in California during July, August, and September were zero-emission vehicles.

DC may be fine with selling out American innovation to China, but California will keep charging ahead toward cleaner air for our communities.

Whiplash on A Day of Peace Watch now | Got a Minute or Two? Mad Hattery and Other Outrages

Ah yes, air traffic controllers must show up for work without pay, but Congress can take the day off. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says he’ll be making β€œnecessary cuts” to the department, because nothing fixes staffing shortages quite like firing more people.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?
2? Questions
I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

You don't have to judge Columbus by the standards of today. His tenure as governor of Hispaniola was so horrific that he was dragged back to Spain in chains to answer for his many crimes.

Plus he never set foot on any land that would ever be a part of the United States of America.
