A Eurasian Curlew stands alert in rough grassland dotted with white seed heads, its long, downcurved bill clearly visible as it scans its surroundings. A species of peatlands and wetlands, the Curlew is shown in habitat typical of the wild places at risk from weakened nature protections.
URGENT: our most precious wild places need your voice. โผ๏ธ
The Prime Minister is considering weakening the laws that protect nature.
Estuaries. Peatlands. National Parks. The places & species we love are in the firing line again.
All on the false assumption this will speed up nuclear projects.
With 1 in 6 UK species already at risk of extinction, our environment cannot survive more cuts.
There is no evidence current laws are blocking growth. Yet weakening these protections is being backed at the highest level.
We have less than two weeks to stop this ๐

They treat nature like it has no voice.
But it does. Yours, ours, and millions more.
If you believe nature deserves better than this, make sure your MP hears it loud and clear:

A fluffy Long-tailed Tit perched on a bare twig in soft winter sunlight, its white and pink plumage glowing softly. KNOWS WHAT YOU DID 10/10 Nothing scarier than your own past.
A Great Northern Diver floats low on dark rippling water, black-and-white plumage gleaming, with a striking red eye. Red eyes. Knife-beak. A terrifying ghostly call. 8.5/10 Stunning yet deeply unsettling.
A Manx Shearwater in flight against a dark night sky, wings spread wide and feathers glowing silver in the light. Its bone-chilling cry echoes through the night on sea cliffs. Sailors once swore their calls were trolls or witches, cackling in the dark. 8/10 HORRIFYING noise, dumpling-like appearance.
Two Ravens perched close together, their glossy black feathers catching the light, set against a blurred brown background. Eyes between worlds. Harbingers of doom. Poeโs muse. 7.5/10 Glossy gothic icons. Might know your fate. Wonโt tell.
A tall Grey Heron stands perfectly still by dark rippling water, its reflection mirrored below. Still. Silent. Watchful. Contemplating life or your untimely demise? 7/10 Graceful but not in a comforting way.
