Xeno would spend some time in the military to fund schooling then be a tradesperson, like either a mechanic or an electrician. I think he would like very tactile jobs. Could also see him as a farmer or working in a lumberyard. Or something in logistics.

when i asked my friends they said its because i wasnt catholic and didnt do confirmation (whatever that was)

they told me not to feel bad tho cos the wafers and wine suck anyway and you have to drink from the same cup as everyone else which is kind of gross

im lutheran (also raised unreligious, didnt go to church) and when i was little i went to church with my catholic friends when i spent the weekend at their place and i was also denied fun treats and didn't understand why
