when you’re arguing about politics here on bluesky just remember there’s a young sheldon spinoff called george and mandy’s first marriage that’s watched by millions of people
This guy eagerly signed up for war because he thought it would fun to kill people, and worked for the fascist mercenary company Blackwater. Either you're willfully ignorant in the extreme or grifters and collaborators with the far right.
CONCLUSIONS In our sample of 650,173 COVID cases among active-duty military personnel, a total of 278,278 were identified as having post-COVID-19 syndrome (42.8%). Of these, 273,405 reported post-COVID symptoms in at least two visits (42.1%). Our findings showed that the top three symptoms of post-COVID-19 syndrome in military personnel are related to pulmonary, neurological, and fatigue issues. Mild to moderate cases of this syndrome could leave military personnel with long-term deficits in their overall fitness and readiness. This readiness is a critical aspect of military effectiveness, ensuring that personnel can respond rapidly and decisively to threats. Thus, continued assessment and potential treatments are needed to assist active-duty military personnel to improve their overall health outcomes.
Oh look, the 🇺🇸 military concludes over 40% of COVID infections lead to Long COVID, among a population sample that is all adults, & on average in better physical condition & younger than the national/global population.

When you show up for racial justice but on the side of the Nazis

This is your regular reminder that Palantir is complicit in war crimes.
"...both the Israeli and U.S. militaries are using Palantir’s Maven to conduct operations. Maven is a battlefield intelligence platform." www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...
It shouldn't fall to trans people to explain to cis people why creating laws that effectively amount to "If you have or ever had a penis, you must behave this way; If you have, or ever had a vagina, you must behave this other way" is horrifically dangerous for everyone's rights.
I'm suing Grammarly over its paid AI feature that presented editing suggestions as if they came from me - and many other writers and journalists - without consent.
State law requires consent before someone's name can be used for commercial purposes.

I asked President Trump about the FBI reportedly seizing election records in Arizona. He said they must have done that because it was a “rigged” election. I pointed out to him that his own AG said there was not measurable voter fraud to overturn that election. Then he called me a rotten reporter.

Under no circumstances should Dems provide money for the Iran War. It becomes a ratified war approval. They should not game out being tough on Iran in ads or whatever. Do the right and Constitutional thing.
MUPPET WICKER MAN (Brian Henson, 1993)
Police Sergeant Kermie travels to the isolated town of Summerisle in search of a missing girl. He finds the locals to be a surly and suspicious lot, rustic practitioners of crude bawdiness and Celtic neo-paganism. Starring Vincent Price as Lord Summerisle.
DE SADE (Michael Reeves, 1970)
The notorious Marquis (Vincent Price) is imprisoned in a madhouse after a lifetime of debauchery and scandal. He tells his story to a courtesan who is allowed to share his luxurious apartment at the lunatic asylum. With Senta Berger & Lilli Palmer.
BLOOD COUNTESS (Michael Reeves, 1969)
Barbara Steele gives a terrifying and bravura performance as the notorious Elizabeth Báthory, a Hungarian aristocrat who allegedly bathed in the blood of young girls to retain her youth.
You cannot tell voters (accurately) this is a fascist regime that is hell bent on destroying us - let alone rely on it (as Dems are) as your GOTV while also voting yourselves to enable the regime.
Whatever contempt you feel for elites like this is not enough

Comments suggesting likely reasons miss the point. All of us have reasons to be drunks but not all of us are, and frankly there’s no need to explain further.
Sarah Polley seems like a damn near perfect choice to direct this.

I've spilled a lot of blood in my home. That's why I'm proud to introduce my exciting new kitchenware product, patent pending: the blood cup. It's basically a regular cup but you can put blood into it (brings into frame a cheap cup with childishly written label reading "Blood")
Yes I’d like to see them be held to some accountability as in having their business destroyed by lawsuits.
