I managed to capture enough images last night to make a short timelapse movie.

Just over 1 hr of data speeded up to about 1000x real-time speed, showing the rotation of the cloud belts.

Hey 🔭 this is partly our mess

An image of the Iris Nebula (NGC 7023) surrounded by dark interstellar dust and bright stars of blue and orange. The nebula at the center glows with a blue hue reflecting the light from a young star at the center. Intricate wisps of brown and black dust filaments spread across the image, creating a dramatic contrast against the starry background. The stars vary in brightness and are scattered across the frame, highlighting the dense richness of the surrounding region in space.

Another absolutely insane dataset from @picazo.bortle.org This time of the Iris nebula. A dusty part of space captured in with 21 hrs of broadband from a remote observatory. Processed by yours truly. Data available for processing below:
