Well I am screwed. Somebody in a truck hit me and destroyed my vehicle. I am pretty sure I have a broken sternum. The CT scan will come back soon. And l have no way of getting to work.

One thing we have been seeing at work since the beginning of the year is that people who leave the company are not being replaced. Is it because upper managers anticipate a loss of business due to the threats to Medicare and Medicaid by Trump and the GOP? Any others in healthcare seeing this too?
