I think the BBC Micro’s built-in assembler introduced MANY programmers to 6502. Such a great tool.

We’re now just a few weeks away from the RISC OS North exhibition in Warrington, taking place on Saturday March 21st 2026.
The website riscosnorth.uk has lots of information about exhibitors, transport and location. There should be some exciting new developments on display.

So if you start preparing now you should just be ready in time for the London Show 😃

Here's a brilliant book for anyone who has an interest in Acorn Computers, The BBC Micro, ARM or technology in the UK around that time. A collection of stories by the people who made it all happen. Whilst I have only quickly skimmed the contents since it arrived today, I know it's a 10 out of 10!
