I wonder if freshly fried semi green grounds could give a similar experience to freshly ground regular beans, but without needing a grinder

I recently got some overly light coffee, and have been dry frying the grinds each day to get flavour.

It's actually fairly satisfying, and the sizzle when you bloom it is fun.

Do you think there could be a use/market for part-roasted beans/grinds to use like this?
