3 years ago today this labour of love (by others), tears (all mine) and dedication (mine too) came out. It was maybe the worst career choice for all the years it took to write. And then, once out, it changed my career. I will never stop being grateful to everyone who has propped me along the way.

Definitely picking this up. Guarantor institutions such as the NAO and other SAIs are so important yet not written about enough.
Wrote this chapter a while back and my views have moderately evolved since then but in the below piece I argue why constitutional scholars need to look at times beyond constitutional law as a solution to populist authoritarian projects.
