Das perfide an der „Vergeltungsschlag“-Rhetorik ist, dass damit unterstellt wird, wenn die Ukraine nichts machen würde, würde sie auch nicht von Russland bombardiert werden. Doch Russland überfiel die Ukraine grundlos und bombardiert ukrainische Städte seit Februar 2022.
