I think to improve it, more synergy with other elements of the army. Maybe some stratagems or an enhancement that gives a bonus against battle-shocked units. For example, maybe making flayed ones' Flesh Hunger ability also affect battle-shocked units.

I like the model and would like to use them. I think the primary problem is that there are much better options - the Chronomancer, Technomancer and Plasmancer are all excellent choices. As is Orikan.

Wuchang Temple in Jiji Township, Nantou, Taiwan. The temple collapsed in 1999 when the 7.7 magnitude 921 Earthquake struck Taiwan, killing 2,500 people. Jiji Township was at the epicenter.

Qingshui Ghost Cave in Qingshui Township, Taichung Taiwan. An old Japanese era bunker turned into a tourist attraction. A little creepy. Good for the history buff, not so good for folks with claustrophobia, breathing issues or back issues.
