Emracer Group enters the comic book scene. Their statements make no mention of the comics themselves, which likely hold little real interest for them. This is purely a business matter centered on acquiring the rights to intellectual properties so they can later be leveraged in films or video games.

There used to be a big box copy of this one at the local computer shop back at the day. It sat there gathering dust on the shelf for years. I finally played it through a couple of years ago through GOG. Good stuff.
Spent some time messing around with Assassin’s Creed Mirage and its photo mode. Whenever an ow game offers a decent enough photo mode, I tend to disappear into it for a while. It’s part of the open world game experience for me, trying to capture the little bits from the spectrum of fun it offers.

The comics of the Star Wars Expanded Universe are highly entertaining and marvelously illustrated, however, attentive readers may notice background elements that feel a bit out of place within this universe far far away.

Joggal kezdhetjük azt érezni, hogy rengeteg modern képregény csak egy netflix kreatívjainak összerakott pitch. Jó alapötlet, neonszínek és leküzdendő lelki problémák. Így viszont a Die az utóbbi évek legunalmasabb olvasmányélménye lett. Generik indie fantasy videojáték cutscene papírlapra adaptálva.
Habár az artwork legtöbbször nagyon kellemes, egy idő után feltűnik, hogy a panelszerkezet szinte végig ugyanaz és hiányoznak az érdekes beállítások. Olyasfajta artwork ez, ami egy influenszer 10 perces haul videójában nagyon meggyőző, de több száz oldal után átüt, hogy hiányzik belőle az ambíció.
Kieron Gillen - Die // A kiadás egészen gyönyörű és minőségi, ugyanakkor ez mit sem számít, mikor a könyv összes szereplője az érzéseiről és a lelki problemáiról pofázik 650 oldalon keresztül. A kedves olvasóra ventillálni az összes múltbéli sérelmet és párkapcsolati szart, az nem igazán fantasy.
Nintendo approved Acclaim remote controllers. Nice.

RIP Béla Tarr. I attended an all day retrospective of his work when I was in my 20s at Lincoln Center. It was memorable, even if I did fall asleep at one point during Werckmeister Harmonies. It all felt like a delirious fever dream. Beautiful, slow, and heady. And lots of animals.

Minden egyes kézbevételkor érezni a könyv összeállítása mögötti szándékot az anyagdizájn és az olvasási élmény összeolvasztására és felemelésére.

Úgy döntöttem ebből nem illesztek be belső képeket, mert minden egyes oldal egy külön remekmű, méghozzá olyasfajta letaglózó szépséggel, amibe belesajdul az ember szíve. És az ilyesfajta szépséghez pedig nem való a képernyő.
