"Have a Christmas."
Sounds like an ancient curse.
I blame #ClairObscurExpedition33 for giving me unrealistic expectations of how great the background music would be while beating up local merchants. I did unlock their inventory, though, so there's that.
I somewhat missed the datassette phase and started properly with the 5.25" floppy disks. 😎

I was a Workbench 3.0 person myself but my best friend had an A500 before that so the white/orange/blue colour scheme is very much the palette of my childhood.
I think the past has shown numerous times that platforms or websites being sold rarely leads to an improvement of the service in question, though.
The worst thing about the constant Blender updates is that the books I buy to finally get into it are already outdated before I can even start reading them.

Now that's one QoL feature I would love to see in more games.
I voted #1 as it sounds more impressive to save 1000 coins instead of just 100. Also, paying 3 coin for a meal for which other restaurants charge 30 sounds... suspiciously unsavoury. 😜
Epic Games boss Tim Sweeney also believes the Epic Games Store is a viable alternative to Steam, so...
I presume 'Asset Forge' is your middle name?
... as non-binary?
Wait, the original retail version came with a complementary kitten?
He seems a bit unhappy, though. Or maybe that's the 'Before' state?
Somebody else might, but I definitely cannot. 😅 Shaders are still a complete mystery to me.
Jonathan Blow once ranted about how the newly released Braid Anniversary Edition was listed on the very bottom of the PS5 marketplace "New Games" page without realizing he had the list sorted by best-selling so it might not be a UI issue.
Since Indiana Jones is technically a 2024 release (despite me having started playing it just this year 😁) I would say Clair Obsur will be a strong contender for sure. Only wrapped up Act 1 so far but cannot wait to unravel more of it.
This is all your fault. 😅
Me: "Finally wrapped up the story campaign of Indiana Jones and The Great Circle - now I can fully concentrate on working on my own game again."
Clair Obsur:
Can only recommend the whole package - the effects are great and the developer is extremely active on their Discord server, adding new features as fast as people do ask for them.
Hey @mantisgames.bsky.social - thanks for hosting today's #turnbasedthursday for us!🥳
#Flatlings is a cute, fast-paced 4X game in a unique 2.5D artstyle where you found cities, expand your empire, discover new lands, and fight up to three other factions over them.
Been working on the music player over the weekend. While it does not make for exciting screenshots I am very happy with how it handles individual tracks and playlists, especially considering Unity's audio API is one of its most neglected parts.

I see that as a "this would make it even better" kind of feedback, so no worries. 😉
The one advantage the list view had was that it left the view of the location and its surrounding fields unobstructed, which was rather helpful for planning and scrapping expansions. Might be a good idea to group the cards on the left so it's the best of both approaches rolled into one.
For now the highest location tiers only support up to four slots so they should all fit on the screen at the same time. Scrolling might become necessary if I ever raise that number but the same would have been true with the old approach.
