Everyone’s needs are different but I reversed my diagnosis, resumed a normal cycle, and lost 105 pounds between drastically cutting sugar and refined carbs.
I cut sugar for the most part two years ago to reverse pre-diabetes. My answer is stevia, stevia, stevia. Everyone says you won’t crave it after long enough but that has never been the case for me so 😅
They have granulated, brown, powdered, box mixes, syrup, you name it.
