SCOTUS announced today it will hear Kerr v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, a case that could determine whether states can block people enrolled in Medicaid from accessing safe high-quality reproductive health care at Planned Parenthood, like birth control, mammograms, & cancer screenings.
Rep. Jared Moskowitz, a stalwart pro-Israel Jewish Democrat, is reportedly a top contender to lead FEMA under Trump.
The position would not be unfamiliar for the congressman, who served under DeSantis as the director of the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
