Great job team! Our crew competed in the weekend at the BC Absolute. We had 8 competitors and brought back 6 medals. Win or loose everyone did the team proud.

Had nice message from one of our parents in the morning. It was a nice way to start my day.

I’ve coach many autistic students. You just need some patience and a lot of love and they can thrive and have fun.

I’ve been so honoured to apart of Victoria’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. She works hard in class, competed and won many medals and has become a true leader in the kids and teens Jiu-Jitsu classes.

So I came to the club for Friday night classes and found out someone stole my sandwich sign board insert.

Why would you do this? So far this year I had my old doormat stolen and now the signs stolen. Is there another Alliance club opening in Kelowna 😂

My 4th month knee-replacement update. It’s been a bit of a tough road but worth it. My knee is feeling great and my overall health has dramatically improved.
