When my mother with advanced dementia who had stopped eating and drinking was dying with a sodium of 150, the GP did wonder whether to admit her. Fortunately I was there so kept her in her NH to die

We did the same Donna. 40 degrees for a day in Rhodes with a hot wind. Not nice! Never have I sweated so much. Itβs good to be home - much more reasonable temps.
The US postal service at its finest. Birthday of my daughter 29 April - card posted to UK a little late on 24, Iβll give you that. June 6th arrival is pretty poor though. Some long suffering people in Virginia received it 3x despite the correct legible UK address!
